**TERMS OF USE**
1.This store is open to the general public and abides by the Federal Civil Rights Act. As such we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who openly violates the civil
rights of other patrons through intimidation and hateful speech and actions and would hinder us from carrying on our business in a professional and safe manner.
2.Those refused service will be refunded their money minus a $5.00 transaction fee or 3% of the order, whichever is greater, within 30 days of initial order.
3.The Members Only page and items found within are strictly for members only. No person may place an order for any items on that page who is not a member of the BBNO.
Any orders placed by any individual who is not a member for items on that page will be canceled and subject to policy #2 as stated above.
